In this test, the devices running the DEX Agent software will send ICMP ping packets to measure RTT latency and packet loss against 5 configurable hostnames or IP addresses.

¶ Configurable Test Parameters
Host/IP: Defines hostnames or IPs which will receive ping packets. Add up to 5 hostnames or IPs.
Count: Must be in the range 1 to 10. Defines the number of ICMP Ping packets to be sent for each URL.
Pass Percentage: Defines the acceptable percentage of packet loss before a test result is considered a failure. Must be a number between 1 and 100.

To prevent the risk of overloading DEX Agent clients, a maximum of 5 Ping Test profiles can be created.
